It's a bug in the firmware you have and a few behind it, should be fixed via version

072.xxx.216.30801

 

That also has the fix for the really slow user interface after a week of use.

ColorQube 9303 not waking from sleep mode

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

We purchased a Xerox 9303 upgraded it to UI Software version 072.186.11200. We have set a schedule to sleep at 7 Pm and wake at 6am on weekdays. 

 

We are currently experiencing an issue with the printer not coming out of energy saver mode i.e. it does not respond to any input, the screen is blank, the energy saver button is green.

 

How can this issue be resolved ?
