Thank you for using the Support Forum. Since this is a brand new machine make sure that all packing material and tape has been removed.  If you are still unable to install the ink please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

ColorQube wont accept black ink cube

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

Just purchased and set up a new 8580 - loaded the color cube blocks that came with the printer- all but the black - no problem.

 

The black cube will not drop down the slot (little tab that is supposed to move down when the cube is loaded does not move).

 

Tried three different cubes from supply packs that we purchased - still won't accept.

 

Help!
