Colorqube 8570 Ink Loader Messsage frozen on screen

Hi!

 

I have a Xerox Colorqube 8570.  I used it on Sunday and noticed yesterday it was in sleep mode but sounded like it was running. I did a restart and it will begin the restart process and then the message "Open Ink Loader Door C completely.  Press?" is on the screen and seems to be frozen.  Nothing happens when I press any button on the control panel.  It also still still sounds like it's running.  Help?!  Thank you in advance!
