There are not many unknown issues for Power Surge impacts and effects.

Colorqube 8570 USB Error on Boot

I have a customer with an 8570 who recently experience a power surge, which took out an office computer and the USB port of the 8570 connected to it.  We had it partially working via the Ethernet connection, but it was still having issues so we upgraded the firmware to the latest version.  Now it goes through a "self-test", reports the USB port isn't functioning (I think it's error 331) and we can't get past it.  


I've looked and can't find any reference to similar issues reported or resolved so any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
