Colorqube 8570dn froze on startup screen

Product Name: Other - specify product in post
My Colorqube 8570dn was working perfectly. The following day, I attempted to print something and the printer was offline. It had gone into power saving mode. I pressed the button for it to wake up and it still remained in power saving mode. I have cut the printer off several times and unplugged it from the wall several times with the same result. Please help! Thanks!
