Thanks Joe,

 

This worked like a charm. I had created my altboot folder using all lower. I have now upgraded to the latest firmware.

Colorqube 9303 Won't boot after firmware upgrade

Product Name: Other - specify product in post
Operating System: Windows 7 x64

After ugrading from non-ConnectKey Version 061.xxx.xxx.xxxx to ConnectKey Version 071.180.203.05402 the printer is now stuck at the boot screen displaying, "Please wait... The system is powering on.

Do not press the power switch while power on is in progress.

 

Please help urgently.
