Re: Colour Qube 8580 paper jam at door A

did you ever solve this issue, I have been beating my head against the wall with mine doing the same thing. I have replaced rollers , but still jams inside door A.

Re: Colour Qube 8580 paper jam at door A

It *could* be a bad feed roller, and I believe tray 1 and 2 use the same one, so you could swap between the 2, if the problem moves to tray 1, you would need to order the feed roller kit unless you clean them and it begins to work OK again.

I could not find the Feed roll kit listed on Xerox.com so I used a 3rd party site.

Re: Colour Qube 8580 paper jam at door A

Hi Joe Thanks for your support.

I have checked the paper settings which is A4 210x297 and the paper is Xerox. The length seems correct and I have ut several reams through recently

I can get Tray 1 to operate which tells me there is not a paper jam as the paper follows the same route.

Any further suggestions

Gratefully yours

Make sure it is loaded as the correct stock/weight, that ios typically an indicator that the paper is shorter than indicated in the tray settings, or lighter.

I have a paper jam at door A. The paper is falling short of the next roller set when it is delivered from Tray 2 (large tray) I cannot see any paper or obstacles but I remove the paper and try again. The same problem occurs
