Hi,
You will need a tech because there could be a dirty MOB sensor or a defective ROS unit or to run a procedure in Diagnostic Mode after which the ROS can be adjusted.
Gabi
dear respected sir.
i had the same issue on my xerox workcenter 7345 (2020). no one knew that solution. please i hope you had solved the issue. please help me.
Sadly it is hidden behind diagnostics mode, which means you need either a service call placed through Xerox, or to get your hands on a Service manual.
... update.... I think what I'm trying to find here is Color/Colour Registration, which seems to happen automatically when a cartridge is replaced but I need to manually make this happen, but can't find this in a menu.
Any suggestions or pointers in the right direction?
Following a paperjam from which our 7328 decided a door was permanently open (and was switched off and back on again) last week, it';s now taken to printing all pages with the colours off by up to a few millimetres.
I've had a dig through the menus and the only option seems to be calibrate (which to me looks like it is more aimed at the specific of CMYK and how it produces colours than how they line up on the page.
Does anyone have any suggestions for a solution here? See images below for a better explanation than I can ever hope to in a message!
