When printing, I'm getting multi-coloured stripes across the page. This is happening when printing from a Windows 10 machine as well as printing status reports directly on the printer, so I don't think it is a driver issue.
In "Maintenance Mode", I tried "Clear Developer" and the stripes are lighter, but still present.
Any ideas as to what is causing the problem and how to get around it? Is it a hardware component that needs to be replaced?
