I'm only going to use the USB on my primary PC, but I was concerned if Wi-Fi would work with the rest of my LAN (which I found out that id does).

Theoretically this should be possible though if you send a print job from both ways it will probably result in a crash, you could always try but I would say it's safer to stick with one at a time.
