This is ongoing, cannot get it to succesfully feed from tray one. Bypass tray is flawless.
Fresh paper, flipping it, fanning it, have varied humidity levels where machine is. Can NOT get it to take paper from tray 1. Always stops at same place, isn't really jammed, just doesn't get pulled past the roller in the tray forwrard.
Low print count on machine so seems unlikely things are worn.
Frustrated.
