I would place a service call to have a technician to take a look at the screen. It might just be as easy as plugging a loose cable from being moved.
The device is no longer sold as new, but they still might have parts to fix it, if it is a hardware issue.
There is no power on the control panel of my WorkCentre C2128. The copier itself is powered up and I can print to it from my computer, but I cannot make copies or do anything that requires use of the control panel.
The copier was moved from a different office and was working prior to it being moved. I can't find where any cords are unplugged.
