Control Panel not responding WC7535

Hello,

I'm having some issues with my WC7535, when I startup the system the screen and buttons blink a few times, and I hear clicking noise, then the systems starts. During that period the number on the back of the device display the code: 2 ... 0 ... 4

After the boot the number display a 7. 

When the system started after some time I get an error that displays that the device is not in user mode. And the touchscreen and buttons are not responding, except for the energy safer button. This one beeps and shows that something in preventing the machine to activate the energy mode. 

I already did a software update, but I can not complete the update because I can not press 0, because the buttons do not work. What can I do to fix these issues?
