we have 4 years old C123 with 150k pages printed. And we have from about 110k pages trouble with fuser and paper jam in it. Just now in addition broke Upper Chute Assembly (just below fuser).
My questions is:
How many print have keep fuser unit?
What is price this two components?
Local Xerox service told me 1130,-USD. It is possible it have be half price of new machine? This machine have duty cycle 75k per month, so it is investment half price new machine per two month! (not counting toner and drum).
If YES. Why this information is not include in manual and in standard supplies like toner and drum?
