You can't

The feed rolls are pretty much the only other thing with a counter. They should last a loong time on your model.

The best maintenance you could do is clean the two black sensors in the L door between the black pinch rollers near the base of the door.

They get covered in paper dust, which leads to jams.

Also make sure you have a backup print cartridge as those tend to fail early and make "roller marks" on your prints

How do you get into diagnostic mode? I just want to view the counters so I can call the tech when something gets low.

Most of parts can be seen and managed by the tech in Diagnostic Mode.

All that can be seen are these, Pretty sure rollers don't have counters:

CWIS  >Status  > Supplies

Or on the printer itself via Machine Status > Supplies

Is there a way to bring up the screen with all the counters that tell you how much time is left for all the various parts, such as rollers, before they need to be replaced?
