Thank you your quick reply. After I posted my question, I used the manual update process and was able to upgrade to the 075 version. I am actually trying to get the smtp forwarding to point to smtp.office365.com but the old version would not authenticate. Niether does the new version. I did get the "use DNS" option to work, but I still think it is relaying through my local smtp server we setup just for this printer. Is this going to be possible on the 7845 with any version of the software?
Why is this update not on the 7845 download page? I have tried installing this update using the update tool and it never verifies. The version in this link starts with 075. My system is at 073.040.075.34540 which appears to be the latest version on the Zerox download page. The documentation in the download insinuates you need the same level files to update. Will an 073. system not upgrade to 075 files?
That's a neat idea, but no it isn't
You are my savior.
Thank you very much. That was the problem. Now it works.
I'm so happy.
I do have one more question, though. Is there a way to make multiple "subjects" in email that you can choose?
I'd guess you are 5 years behind on firmware updates.
So bring it up to current from here
And I would use the tool to do so since you are so far behind
Thanks a lot for your help.
But it would have been too easy.
I do not have this option to create a group in email.
Why don't I have that?
Hello everyone
I am desperately looking for the attitude to make an email group.
It is available for fax, but not for e-mail.
Is there a place to set it up or install it?
Thanks for your help.
