Your problem is in the Fiery. What test page are you referring? The Windows one or the Fiery one?

Go to the small yellow screen in the Fiery and print a test page. If same problem, did you changed anything in the the ColorWise Pro Tools?

Go to the ColorWise Pro Tools and check if someone changed the color workflow, specially the output color profiles.

Also Try to do a Clear Server using the same yellow small screen.

Any way, if everything seems to be OK, you may have a faulty video board on the Fiery. For that you need to call for a service engineer.

Print a test page, scan it and post it here, so I can see if I remember anything more.

Hi, I’m having problems with a Xerox DC12. If I print text to the DC12 or photocopy a colour sheet then it prints fine.

But when I print a coloured image from InDesign (on a Mac) the whole sheet (background colour) becomes a purple colour and the image itself comes out a light yellow.

This has not happened to me before. I did a test also from Photoshop and the image comes out yellow. Also, when I do a test print page everything is in yellow.

I re-calibrated the machine but this has not made a difference.

Can anyone help with this urgently. Is there something blown in it??

Or has anyone any recommendations on anything I need to replace so that it can start printing in colour again.
