Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please take a look at this solution for resetting the PRAM and see if that will re-establish the connection.  If this does not help please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

DC12 not connecting to XP12 Fiery after NVM reset

I am having a problem with my DC12 machine.  I recently had a service visit from an enginner to replace a faulty stepper-motor on the output rollers.


The engineer carried out an NVM reset and since his visit, I've not been able to connect to the printer from my XP12 RIP


The RIP displays a message either telling me to turn the coper off and on or to check the power and cable connections.


I think the printer has been disabled and now only works as a copier.


Is there anything I can change in the NVM settings (which I can access) which will reactivate the machine again.
