Hi, I just bought a new colour drum cartridge for my DC240 but when it arrived it was for a 550. The drum cartridge is very similar but doesn't work in the 240 even after swapping the chips over. I have advised the company of the error and they are sending me a new one but it will take up to 7 days.
Question is although the drum cartridge as a whole seems incompatible, does anyone know if I can take the drum from the cartridge and use it and/or the primary charge roller also.
