We don't have an IT department in the standard sense, however according to the Production Manager(who is also incharge of printer setup/maintence) said that we don't have the software required to connect to the bustle, only the Xerox Tech can, and since we are not on a contract we would have to pay to have someone come out to look at them. If you have any suggestions on how we can check/fix the settings ourselves that would be helpful.
have you spoken to the IT guy? seems more like network/configuration issues
We have multiple variations of the DC240s and 250s, some of which have their own print servers (fiery), however we have one 240 and one 250 that are using Bustles instead. On the 240 we cannot print using Command Work Station (we print directly from acrobat) and on the 250 we can only print from CWS (when we print from acrobat nothing happens, it wont even show up in the queue). Any suggestions on what might be causing this(maybe its the bustles)?
