Re: Damaged fuser

Hello ThiagoOTSC,

I see no one has responded to this post yet. So, at this point I would recommend contacting your local Xerox Support Department to speak with a Product Specialist for more assistance with the toner build up on the fuser. They may be covered under a supply warranty. Please call 1-800-821-2797.

Thanks,

Damaged fuser

Product Name: VersaLink B405 Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Not Specified

Hello,

im having trouble with both versalink b405 and workcentre 3655 fusers, some are acummulating toner residue and i had 3 fusers that got damaged. I searched on the forum but could'nt find whats causing the problem and im desperate to find a solution because in 2 weeks i had to buy 3 new fusers. i have 6 wc 3655 and at least 20 versalink b400 and only a few are having this problem, and all are using the same toner. If anyone knows whats going on and can help me I'd appreciate it. Thanks!!!
