Hello whitehousechristine,

I am sorry you are having so much trouble with the 6515s you have received so far. Have you tried another power source to see if that helps?

I would recommend contacting the Support Department as this shouldn't be happening with a brand new device.

Device Touchscreen shuts off and won't come back on

Product Name: WorkCentre 6515
Operating System: Windows 10

I hope someone can help - I'm on my 3rd brand new 6515dni - the first one wouldn't recognize the toner, the second one had a cracked flatbed glass.  Now, this one seems to also have issues.  I was able to get through the initial configuration and connected to my network and print to the machine via wifi.  When I tried to set up scanning to the network, the touchscreen turns off suddenly and won't come back on unless I restart the machine.  I can't scan, copy, etc. because I can't get to the controls on the screen.  When I touch the power or home button, the machine beeps but there are no lights and no response.  If I try to print, the print will go through but i can't do anything else.  Help, please - ripping my hair out!
