Different toners for Phaser 6130

I'm living in the Netherlands and have bought my 6130 here in the Netherlands, Europe, in a real world shop, where one of the employees helped me carry the box with my then new 6130 to my car.  I've always used what Xerox told me to use, ordernumber wise but also genuine Xerox toner.  In that serie of four consecutive numbers is the number CathyO-Xerox, Community Manager, tells me is for machines in the USA.  Does that mean that toners for the USA are the same as numbers used in Europe or does that mean that printers for Europe don't care where toners are meant to be used (as in Israel, USA, Europe, etc.)?  I'm sorry if I seem like a PITA my 6130, although no longer supported by Xerox when it comes to drivers for MacOS, does it's job very well, I intend to keep using it for the next I don't know how many years, but toners are getting hard to find and as a result of that, often getting expensive to a point that it's cheaper to buy two new laser printers than it is to buy four new toner cartridges.

Hi,

The cartridge chip is different. They are sold like this, based on regions because of different taxes (VAT, etc.) so they cannot migrate from one region to another.

The part number 106R01282 is the Cyan Cartridge for machines located in Israel.

The part number 106R01278 is the Cyan Cartridge for machines located in the USA.

Can somebody please tell me what the difference is between the toner with part number 106R01278 and the one with part number 106R01282.  Both are original toners, both are for the Xerox Phaser 6130 and both are Cyan.
