Re: Dimensions anomaly

Hi JoeDaft,
Thank you for using the Support Forum. Joe is on vacay so I will try to help.  In the specification document the values are the same you mention in your post so there must be something on that 3 tray addition that sticks out a little further on the width dimension. I do not have a machine I can go measure. Please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Thanks,

Dimensions anomaly

Product Name: Other - specify product in post
Hi guys (probably Joe)

I have always wondered why the dimensions stated are often bigger than the physical device and assumed it is work area or bypass tray etc.

However, the base C7020 measures 590mm with my tape and this is stated in the spec.

When I add the 3 tray module to make a C7020V_T the width is still 590mm on my tape but the dimension in the spec jumps to 615mm. Why is this?

Weird question I know but sometimes space is tight and if a user does not require the bypass tray then the true dimension helps

Cheers
