Yes, use Firefox as its supported more then Chrome. I do not see an update to resolve an issue with Chrome anytime in the near future.

The recommendation is, do not use chrome.
Sorry but the web interface is not adjusted to chrome, I'm surprised it works with Firefox actually :P.
All Xerox printers work best with IE which ofc is a bummer.

I am using a Mac and when I scan I can see the docs if I use Firefox but not if I use Chrome. Any ideas?
