Hi!
I have a docucolor 260, and in this display, he appears a message:
PLEASE REBOOT
error 116-334
I tur on off the printer, wait 1 minute, turn on again, the error remains.
I also check all the cables, everything seems ok.
Can you help me to solve this error?
I hope for your sake it is on a service contract, cause you need a trained tech. The following is just a glimpse of the service manual (which is not able to be posted here)
116-323
Switch the power Off, then On. If the problem still exists, perform the following:
CAUTION
Switch the power Off and observe correct ESD procedures when removing and re-installing
items from the ESS PWB.
• Remove/insert NV-RAM Board and power ON. .
• If 116-323 problem persists, replace NV-RAM Board.
• After replacement of NV-RAM Board , 116-334 may occur. Take the action for 116-334.
