Re: Docucolor 5000 Won't power up.

The main breaker was fine. I switched off the two breakers on the back of the machine and let it rest for a few minutes and then switched them back on. When I pressed the power button, the machine started. Thanks for the help.

You need to be much more descriptive.

<DC 5000 doesn't seem to want to start up  when I press the power button>

So does the machine even try?

Any lights?

Status codes?

Fans start up?

Have the IOT breakers been tripped?

Have you confirmed the Mains breaker wasn't tripped as well (tested the wall outlet)

I have inherited a DC 5000 - A couple issues have happened. We had a power outage (yes I know the rip computer should have been on a battery backup) but that machine melted down. Now the DC 5000 doesn't seem to want to start up  when I press the power button. Any thoughts on how I can get this machine to just power up?

Thanks in advnace
