Was it installed by you as an admin? Does it make any difference if a non-admin does the install?

Documate 272 Error

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

I just installed a Documate 272 scanner.  When I logged in with network administrator rights it works without problems.

 

When a co-worker without administrator rights logs in, it is impossible to scan a document.  Always gets "unknown error 0x000000".  The software running on the system tray is OneTouch 4.6

 

I gave full rights to any user to the Visionair folder.

 

We are running Windows 7 pro.

 

Any suggestions?
