I spent some time with tech support and they couldn't even find the model based on the serial number, they told me it doesn't exist.
It is a pretty common model so I assume you had tried calling Xerox for support and not Xerox Scanners (Different companies and web sites, which is why there is no scanner subsection on this forum)
Your best bet would be to contact XeroxScanners via email
When I power on the printer, it never gets past the "PP" on the little blue screen. The only way to shut it off is to pull the power cord.
