 If you have not already resolved this issue, we suggest you search our online knowledgebase for this product: CopyCentre C20.  Please search on Document Feeder and follow the instructions in the case for installing the Document feeder and make sure your connections are correct and tightened.

Document Feeder Problem

Product Name: CopyCentre175

I have replaced the roller in the C20 document feeder but now receive the message, "Remove document.  Open/close cover (the cover is closed).   I have checked all the springs on the accuators and everything is connected exactly as I disassembled it.   If I removed the document feeder connection, copy function is nominal.
