Hello,

I recommend contacting your local Xerox Support Department to speak with a Product Specialist for more assistance. A service technician may need to come out and take a look at the main controller board. Please call 1-800-821-2797 or 1-800-835-6100.

Does not start

Product Name: VersaLink B405 Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Windows 11

Hi, during the reset to factory there was an electricity cut of power so the reset was interrumpt. Now, it won't start. Nothing. The printer doesn't star.
