Does not wake from sleep mode

Product Name: WorkCentre 7525/7530/7535/7545/7556
Operating System: Not Specified

When the printer goes into sleep mode the network interface is disabled. This results in the printer being unreachable and the only way to revive is to power cycle the printer. How do I change the sleep mode settings so the network interface remains active?

I searched our online knowledge base and found two articles that you can take a look at.  How to adjust the power saver mode and printer will not wake up/stuck in power save modeIf you are still having issues after trying these steps, I suggest that you call into our support department for assistance @ 1-800-821-2797
