I searched the online knowledgebase, and for message it just gives the directions for closing the door. I would recommend removing and reinstalling the drum to make sure it is in all the way.
One of our users working at home with a Xerox B205 is getting a Door Open' message and can't print. The machine will copy, and will also print a test page, but nothing sent to the print queue is printed. Doors and paper tray are closed. This happened after a cartridge change, but it did print at first then stopped after 3 one page documents had been printed.
