Hi, all. I'm running Mac 10.13.5. For a while now my Xerox 6027 has been dropping off the network and only rejoins when I restart the printer. In an effort to fix this, I tried update the firmware but the process halts with an error 016-744. I found this, though I'm not sure what to do with the info:
016-744: Format Error 016-744 System Invalid Data Press OK <Download Format Error> Invalid file format to be downloaded.
Any ideas how to fix these problems (staying on network and updating firmware.) Thanks!
