Hello ThomScott,

There are no reset steps. When you put a new drum in when you have the replace drum message, it should reset. Here are the steps.

Drum replacement procedure

Product Name: Phaser 3330
Operating System: Windows 11

User replaced the drum last month but did not reset the counter.  What is the procedure to reset the counter after the fact?  I am not finding anything specific to the Phaser 3330
