Re: Duplexing problem driving me nuts!

Alternately, is there a way to turn off duplexing on the 7556?

Duplexing problem driving me nuts!

Product Name: WorkCentre 7525/7530/7535/7545/7556
Operating System: Windows 10
So after a month of working on this machine, I fixed several paper jams by replacing a whole slew of parts.

The final jam is now in the duplexer. In the diagnostics menu, when I turned on the Duplex Motor, there was nothing. No noise, no vibration, so I was happy to figure that out. I replaced the entire Duplex Assembly, just to be sure, but that made no difference.

The paper was still jamming when leaving the fuser. It would not go into the duplexer (because the motor is not turning the rollers).

So then I replaced the MCB (motor control board) and still nothing.

Is there anything else to replace?

Could it be the wiring?

Any other ideas. It’s not just me that’s stumped, but also all of the Xerox support techs I’ve spoke to.
