Re: During the print, i hear

Dust or debris on the transfer belt can cause noise and reduce print quality. If the belt looks dirty, you can gently clean it with a soft, lint-free cloth. Be sure to follow the manufacturer's cleaning instructions to avoid damaging the belt.
Sometimes, improper installation of the transfer belt can cause noise problems.

During the print, i hear

Product Name: WorkCentre 6515
Operating System: Windows 10
While printing, I hear a loud noise coming from behind the printer.
It works well but I think there are some mechanical problems. The noise is as if some gear was ruined and therefore toothless.
If I open the back door, nothing unusual can be seen. I think the noise is coming from the transfer belt.

i would like to solve the problema, but i can't change the transfer belt thinking that the problem is that
and then discover the problem is still there.

Please help.. if someone had this the problem, maybe i can find a solution

thanks
Fabio
