Ok I need to understand this. We bought a printer 3 years ago. Used only Xerox toner, no issues and never needed any support, then last week printer starts and gets stuck on Blue screen with logo.
I contacted Xerox and they sent an amazing tech. He spent one hour trying to fix and escalated to hardware support at Xerox. They told him that the EMMC card is bad and there is no fix, no replacement, nothing. Basically told me to trash the printer. This printer had little use, all parts are in excellent shape and with lots of usage left. Toner was only changed 3 times.
How can Xerox make a product that has a part that cannot be replaced? Why would they not buy this thing back for parts? Or offer me ANY solution?
