Sounds like you may have a defective imaging unit. I would recommend contacting the Support Department to process the defective cartridge.
We have a Xerox Phaser 3260
Keep getting a error message: "End Of Life, Replace with new Imaging Unit"
We have replaced 2x with new units and keep getting same message.
Ink shows 100% both times
I have replaced unit a couple times in past without error, so its not like I dont know what I am doing. However, I have Googled and followed all recommendations and suggestions from other posts I have found online....unsuccessfully.
