I tried that already. I have turned the machine off and on again.
I have reset the software etc and yet same problem.
Wondering if there is a component in the cleaning unit throwing that fault so I can at least replace that component and reset the machine to lose the tag on the unit as faulty...
Resetting to clear the code with an NVM read and write will be helpful...

Have you tried taking the cartridge out and then putting it back in to see if that will clear the fault?

Erro code 94-613 on brand new cleaning unit

Product Name: ColorQube 9201/9202/9203
Operating System: Windows 10
Repeatedly I have this code coming up even with a brand new cleaning unit with 100% remaining. Hope to find a way to clear the code and fix something so I can use the machine, happened with over 5 cleaning units.
