Error 007-371

Product Name: WorkCentre 6027
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

Error 007-371 CODE:1000000

Instructed to turn off printer and restart after 45 seconds. This worked a few times now the Error message always comes on when the printer is turned on.

Anyone know what to try next?
