Error 024-360

Hello Jalenada,

Here are the steps to perform and NVM Reset:

1. At the printer Control Panel, press the [Menu] button.
2. Navigate to 'Admin Menu', then press [OK].
3. Navigate to the 'Maintenance Menu', then press [OK]. 
4. Select 'Initialize NVM', then press [OK].

The error on display... Dowload error, Send FW Data, Error 024-360. 

This happened after an attempt to update the printer firmware. The power was lost during the update. 

I'm finding the way to reset to factory. Or upload the firmware if that's possible.
