Ok I'm gettign this code, now after solving all the toner issues, paper jams etc the printer is now giving us that.
I remember one time got some assistance where someone pointed me to a reset of the NVM
I tried it and when it did the printer when in the error shut down mode I restart and the original error mesage comes up
Now the belt is practically new, went in March or April.
We have done some printing but nothing crazy
So just need some urgent guidance please thanks

Hi,
The NVM location is 761-132, Be sure the IBT assy to be clean. Also the IBT TRO silver patch to be clean,
Thanks man will give this a try and let you know
yeah technician took out the belot cleaned it, will ask him if he cleaned the silver patch as well
Still the same thing, will check again see if the silver patch was cleaned properly then will let you know
thanks
G
Inserted new IBT belt
Guess what same error
but the machine boots up and you can tell something is wrong
It boots up with doors open and no errors comes up on the screen
IBT patch has a mlcky coating. On some machines this causing the error 42-326. So, remove that coating from the patch and place a clear scotch tape on it (see picture below). Also clean well the entire IBT assy inside (all the rolls and sensors).
Thanks man but we installed a brand new belt same error.
doesn't even sound like the machine is bootign up fully though the screen comes up.
A lot of the 'noises' you hear during boot updon't hear any more the grinding sound from the duplexer don't even here that so guessing that may not be initialising yet
I just want o know how a new belt and we make sure that the sensors are cleaned the inside of the assembly is cleaned and still the same problem
Have you reset the NVM for the error in diagnosti mode?
Wasn't aware I was to reset it evry time i took the belt out
was thinking the machine might just pick it up off its own
I'll try resetting it thanks
G
Again Thank you, wasn't aware that had to reset the NVM again even after changing the slight belt adjustments.
Machine back up
Only able to print on one side until we get that duplex upper chute assembly in and installed
thank you so much for your assistance.
