I searched our online knowledge base and that code suggests if powering off doesn't clear it a service call is needed. I also found an article on how to restore factory default job settings that you can take a look at.

We got a Xerox 6204 Wide Format Printer. First I configured the Windows printer port with 9100'er raw , but it did'nt printing. Then I followed the manual and configured the printing port with lp (now raw). After this, I allways get an 046-311 error when I turn it on. No luck with turn off, pull the power cable and so on. What can I do? I think, a corrupted printjob is in the spooler queue / on the internal hard drive. How can reset the system?
