I have let this mfd sit unlugged because of this issue for over a year. Now, since I have to work from home I need it to work again. There is no paper in the rollers or any other space yet it keeps telling me to remove paper. I am positive it is something triggered to think it is still there MyBalanceNow. Can you please help me figure this out???
Hello,
There could be a tiny piece of paper stuck in the back of the machine or in the paper path. Then suggests to unplug from the wall for a minute. Take a look at the solution images to verify those areas were checked to see if that helps.
concertina in the rear inside the cover
I ended up having to take the rear cover off. the piece of paper was concertina'd up in that section ... Could not seeit from the rear without taking the cover off.
Hello Salina,
I searched that Faut code and it came back with the places to check for a jam. There could be a tiny piece of paper stuck in the back of the machine or in the paper path. Then suggests to unplug from the wall for a minute. Take a look at the solution images to verify those areas were checked to see if that helps.
Probably a dirty sensor, you would need a service manual to find them if deep inside, but there should be one visable behind the back cover
