Error 092-319 Magenta

Product Name: VersaLink C405 Color Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

Before I throw this out of the window .... HELP!

Magenta cartridge was running low so another ordered & replaced. Struggled to accept new toner but evenually with much inserting and rebooting it did. Printed for a day or so then repeatedly gives error message. Another cartridge ordered and replaced - no change. Won't do a thing.Waste has been cleaned, stick thing poked into holes near fuser units, all toners removed and machine switched off for 10 mins before replace and switch on. Nothing removes the error message and machine won't print.

Ideas ?

Hi,

It could be a problem with the magenta drum cartridge.

I am having the same problem. Replaced the toner and I am still getting the same msg... Reinsert Magenta Toner and restart Device (092-319)..

Here is an article for the error code 092-319.  If you are still having issues after trying these steps, I suggest that you call into our support department for assistance as it would be a hardware issue @ 1-800-821-2797 or 1-800-835-6100
