It is the drum, I had the same issue for over an hour. Replaced the drum and it worked perfect.

I am having the same problem. Replaced the toner and I am still getting the same msg... Reinsert Magenta Toner and restart Device (092-319)..
It could be a problem with the magenta drum cartridge.
Before I throw this out of the window .... HELP!
Magenta cartridge was running low so another ordered & replaced. Struggled to accept new toner but evenually with much inserting and rebooting it did. Printed for a day or so then repeatedly gives error message. Another cartridge ordered and replaced - no change. Won't do a thing.Waste has been cleaned, stick thing poked into holes near fuser units, all toners removed and machine switched off for 10 mins before replace and switch on. Nothing removes the error message and machine won't print.
