Once, you have replaced the toner, power the machine down for about 30 seconds and restart it. This will allow the device to reset itself and hopefully read the new toners. If you are still having issues after trying these steps, I suggest that you call into our support department for assistance @ 1-800-821-2797 or 1-800-835-6100

Hi, my cyan toner ran out this morning and after changing it, I have gotten several errors suggesting that all of the toner cartridges are incorrectly installed and after taking out the Cyan toner cartridge, it reverts back to just the Cyan being incorrectly installed.

I have had a look inside the Cyan Slot and it seems the metal contacts on the right hand side are at a different height to the other Colours slots.
