I have a Xerox® VersaLink® C500DN Printerbought in Germany.
I have replaced the original Black cartridge with :
Xerox 106R03876 Lasertoner Black / Schwarz Extra High Capacity -A
- für Xerox VersaLink C500/DN
I get the 093-926 Error Invalid Black Toner
I have tried the Reboot, Reseat and other things.
What can I do to get this Original Xerox Cartidge working ?
I have had more issues with this Printer than any other Printer that I have owned.

After talking to support in Germany a solution was found :
The Printer was bought for 363,00 € on 09.11.2018 and is hence out of Warranty (2 years for Private use in Germany)
They could offer a Technichian to come by. The offer for the Technichian is 422,45 € to check on the 181,89 € Black Toner.
I have decided to cut my losses, and cancel the order of a yellow toner that is running low (210,57€) and return the black toner using the money to find a new printer.
Most likely from a new vendor.
I have to decide if I just put the current basically working, 4.5 year old printer (private use ca 7500 total impressions) in a landfill, or if i try to reset it in some way (with the service manual I found online) that the error goes away. If anyone here has experience please feel free to comment below.
