Error 116-321

Product Name: VersaLink B7025/B7030/B7035
Operating System: Windows 10

Hello, we are facing a problem with a B7035, it displays error 116-321. A Xerox tech specialist came, tried to rewrite the firmware from usb and with the firmware update software, it loads in the machine and after the restart the error cames back. Have tried all the diagnostic tool from service menu, nothing works. 

Any ideea of what could be the problem.
